ÚBEDA VALERO

Placed on the bank of a river, the intervention aim to be the not just a house, but also the inspiraton shelter for an artist. The building is composed in to volumes, one paralel to the river and the other crossing it. The superior volume is the one destinated to the studioand the expositions room, leaving the ground floor for the living affairs. the building looks for to integrate on the spot, and to control the views and light with a simply and minimal solution. 

The roof has been decided to make it vegetal, due to the fact that the house is located at the bottom of a hillside, trying to hide it from the view, and looking forward not to spoil the view.
