The wording gave the opportunity to rise a colective living tower on the valencian shore. The propossal is understood as a possibility to dignify the neglected building quality which this coast presents; buildings blocks where the economical topic and the constructive facilities came first, generating massive boxes that do not try to understand the site. The propossal comes up from the intention to break this tipical block, starting from it, it is "messed up" and reorganized to reach movement and permeability. In order to be able to fulfill this effects, it was necessary to make each appartment singular and unique, being each one different from the rest but having all in common the great relation with the enviroment by the huge terraces and windows.
