The renovation of this apartment is organized following the logic of served and servant spaces. The wet cores, storage, and service installations are grouped into a compact strip that frees up the rest of the floor plan, allowing the living room, dining area, and kitchen to unfold continuously and benefit from generous natural light.
The sequence of served spaces seeks fluidity and clarity, avoiding corridors and taking advantage of cross views. The servant elements act as both functional support and spatial organizers.
The intervention combines simple materials with carefully crafted finishes, respecting the existing structure and the scale of the dwelling. The project offers a clear and functional reorganization that enhances livability and the perception of spaciousness, while maintaining the apartment’s sobriety and coherence.
